Venue: Gusteau Culinary Experience Workshop, Mád

Winner of Gault & Millau’s “Restaurant of the Year 2017” award and VinCE’s “Best Wine Dinner” category, Gusteau Culinary Experience Workshop will host the Tokaj Autumn Gala Dinner.

Chef Gábor Horváth has created this special five-course dinner tuned to the wines selected by László Mészáros.

Meet famous producers in the region. Choose one of the “Village/Theme” groups where as our guest you will become acquainted with several wineries. Choose from the seven different places in the wine region. Following a guided 12-wine tasting, our tasting groups will be served lunch by the top local restaurants.

AXA Millésimes “World of Wines” portfolio tasting / as part of the evening Tokaj Autumn Grand Tasting /

It is a special event indeed if Christian Seely, managing director of AXA Millésimes, holds a grand tasting. Tokaj Autumn is bringing to Tokaj this great 10-wine tasting similar to that Christian Seely led for Master of Wine Institute students. 17:00 óra Tokaj Autumn Grand Tasting

The evening walkaround tasting gives our guests the opportunity to become acquainted with over 50 of the top wineries in the Tokaj Wine Region. This relaxed event lasts from 5 pm till late – and guests even have the opportunity to get tickets for the two masterclasses (limited places): AXA Millésimes and Champagne Time.

- - “Furmint-Lounge”: all-evening wine picnic with music in the theatre. Light painting after dusk.

- - Tokaj culinary adventures: 3-course dinner by Anyukám Mondta, “A” Leves Gasztroműhely and the Sárga Borház.

20:00 óra

Champagne Time – you can taste bubbles from the most famous champagne houses in the Tokaj synagogue with champagne expert László Hantos.

The closing event of the Tokaj Autumn weekend gives you a glimpse behind the scenes of the region’s harvest. Wander the legendary crus of the wine region with László Mészáros, director of Disznókő and get a taste for the Tokaj Wine Region harvest atmosphere, then have lunch with us at the beautiful belvedere viewpoint at the Sárga Borház harvest picnic lunch.
